Did I book an appointment?

You will receive an email or text message confirming you scheduled a service. Vagaro will send automated reminders via email and text message to confirm your upcoming appointments.

Why do I need to create a login and password?

Customers need to create and sign into their Vagaro account to make, cancel or rebook appointments. Similar to any online service or email provider, having your account allows us to identify you, review your history and contact you for scheduling issues. This streamlined process ensures a stress-free experience

Can I reschedule or cancel online?

YES! Explore the benefits of online booking as our clients can directly BOOK, CANCEL and RESCHEDULE all of your appointments with a simple click online. If it is less than 24 hours before your appointment, customers can only reschedule online, not cancel. If it is less than a 24-hour cancellation, please call us directly.

Where do I park?

We have a FREE parking lot located behind our building.

What is gender-neutral pricing?

Prices are not only based on your stylist or barber’s experience but the time and product used to perform that service. If you have short hair, we charge less because your service takes less time and product, not because you are male or female.

What should I bring to my appointment?

We ALWAYS recommend pictures. In fact, we prefer it! Never hesitate to bring pictures, even of styles you dislike and we can stay away from those looks too.
